Introduction
The Classified Information quest can be started during Chapter 12, as long as the player has progressed through the first part of the Missing Children quest, also available in this Chapter. This quest rewards the player with
25,000, a Stamp and Rift Notes.
Guide
Enter the Central Building after obtaining the 11th Gym Badge, take the left elevator up to the Help Plaza and accept the Classified Information request. Speak to the receptionist on the right and head to floor 36 in the Central Building via the middle elevator. Once you reach that floor, enter the room on the right and meet Looker and Anabel. Watch the scenes and, once they're concluded, speak to Anabel and give her the Nightmare Medallion.
The player will need a second Medallion, which they can buy from Peony at the Night Market, after completing the first part of the Missing Children quest. Once you have a Nightmare Medallion, go to Rhodea's apartment, sleep and enter the Nightmare Toy Box. Speak to Anabel inside and then again at the gym terminal. After the dialogue, wake up and return to Anabel in the Central Building and prepare to head over to Darchlight Caves. Speak to Looker when you are ready.
Make your way to the halllway right before the machine to build the Darchlight Mirror, speak to Anabel and enter the Bladestar Labs. Follow Anabel to the left room and speak to her again. After automatically being brought back to Central Building, speak to Looker, who is standing outside of the room, and then head inside. Speak to Looker when you're ready to head back into Darchlight Caves. Make sure you're prepared for a fight.
After Erick tells the player that the door cannot be opened, interact with the door and show the Rose Badge, allowing the door to be opened. Head inside and prepare to fight Rift Ferrothorn. Once you've defeated it, accept the ride back to the office and speak with Anabel to complete the quest.
