Heavenly Wing is an offensive Flying-type Move, It is Souta's Gym Leader signature move.

Effects

General

Heavenly Wing inflicts damage and resets all stat changes of the target to 0. This effect does not work if the target is unaffected by the attack because of type immunity, protection, or is behind a substitute.

Heavenly Wing bypasses accuracy checks to always hit, unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Dig or Fly.
