Introduction
The Magic Karps quest can be started during Chapter 13, after the Forest Restoration quest is finished. The player must at least have a good rod and talk to the man inside the house at the pier. It rewards the player with a spot to fish for Magikarp and Gyarados.
Guide
Simply return to the Goldenwood Park and speak to the fisherman.
