Effect

If held by a Sawsbuck, its Normal type will be turned into a different type depending on what form it is in, as well as its Normal type moves becoming the same type. In addition, those moves are boosted by 20%.

Spring form: Water Type

After completing the Kimono Girls Sidequest, you can receive this crest by speaking to the Kimono girl seated at the table in the main performance hall.
