There are 4 Ancient Teachings available as of version 13.5.6: in Goldenleaf Town if you completed Mr. Luck's quest before getting to the town (missable); in the V.G.C.R. Lab; in the Hidden Library during the Hidden Library 3 quest (missable if HL3 isn't done); and in the Celgearn Manufactory.
