The Castform Crest is a special type of held item, known as a Crest, that is unique to Pokémon Rejuvenation.

Effect

If held by a Castform, the item will allow it to use the first weather move (based on moveslot order) immediately upon being sent out. It will also change its base stats and ability based on the weather.
