Effect

Decimation inflicts damage and petrifies the target. This move cannot be used twice in a row.

Additionally, it bypasses most abilities which may make the move fail or reduce its damage. A list of affected abilities may be found here.

Pokémon learning Decimation

No Pokémon learn Decimation naturally. The only Pokémon known to use this move is Madame X's Yveltal during her battle in Blacksteeple Castle. Yveltal does not normally learn this move. Despite not being used during a battle, Melanie also has her Yveltal use Decimation.
