Effect

General

Matrix Shot inflicts damage. Despite being a physical move, Matrix Shot uses the target's Special Defense instead of its Defense to calculate damage.

Matrix Shot is still a physical move. It uses the user's Attack to calculate damage. It activates Counter (not Mirror Coat), has its damage reduced by Reflect (not Light Screen), activates the Kee Berry (not the Maranga Berry), etc.

Field Interactions

Matrix Shot's power is increased by 50% on the Dragon's Den Field.
