Poliwag Quest

Introduction

The Poliwag Quest can be started in Chapter 6 after obtaining access to Surf, but can only be finished in Chapter 8 after gaining access to Route 6. Completing this quest rewards the player with a Poliwag.

Guide

Enter Phasial Cave in Route 3, Surf across the small body of water in the lower-left corner, and go down the ladder. Once you've entered the new map, head forward and speak to Polly. She will give us a Troupe Flute, and will request that we locate six Poliwag which are scattered around different places of the region. The Poliwag can be found at the following locations:

1. Spring of Purification, just above the entrance.
2. Wispy Path, at the water in the top-right of the area.
3. Route 11, at the east end of the route to the left of Seabound Cave (East).
4. Deep Terajuma Jungle, south of the Noctowl statue.
5. Secluded Shore, left side. Accessed by taking the top exit out of Aquamarine Cave.
6. Route 6, right below Valor Shore.

Once you've found all six Poliwag, return to Polly and catch a Poliwag of your own.
