Puppet Doubloon is a Key Item in Rejuvenation.
Effect
Allows the player to fight the Nightmare Remix instead of Rift Gardevoir in Chapter 13. It's got by answering all of Zetta's questions right, and a completed save file (Karma Files completed) needs to be in your save folder for him to ask the other 3 questions.
