New Game+ is a type of extra or unique content that can be accessed in a new save file of Rejuvenation. NG+ content can only be accessed when there is a first save file that is already completed.
Carotos Mountain
In Madelis' laboratory inside of Carotos Mountain, the player may choose to Feed, Transfer, or Shut Down Rift Volcanion. In order to shut down Rift Volcanion, they must know the Executive ID's number, which can be obtained by rescuing Amber in Valor Mountain. The code is XE089321 and, once executed, Rift Volcanion will no longer be available for battle.
Meeting Zetta
On the player's first entrance in the Nightmare Realm, they will be welcomed by a man sitting by a chessboard, who will ask the player whether they know his name. If the player answers "Zetta", they will be prompted to start a "New Game" of "Chess". This does not activate NG+ just yet.
Answering Zetta's Questions
If the player answered Zetta's question correctly, then in the player's second entrance in the Nightmare Realm, Zetta asks the following three questions are what follows:
Who is the Puppet Master's main subordinate?
Who does the Puppet Master want to protect more than anyone else?
What is their code name?
If the player is able to answer all three questions correctly, then Zetta will bring them to where the Puppet Master, Risa, and SEC are. The Puppet Master then hands them a Puppet Doubloon which may be used to skip the Rift Gardevoir fight in Chapter 12.
Nightmare Casino
When the Protagonist and Aelita are together in the nightmare thanks to the Nightmare Medallion, they will find Zetta again, who asks both of them to collect a million coins so they can open the chest in order to meet with the Puppet Master, but because they were able to answer all questions correctly, they can find Risa in the casino and she will give them the coins they needed to open the chest.
Using the Puppet Doubloon
The Nightmare Remix starts the battle in the Starlight Arena Field and is fought in a Double Battle, with Ren as the player's partner. Nightmare Remix starts with 3 shields. After 5 damaging moves hit it, Remix's stats receive a 1-level omniboost, the field is changed to New World Field, and the Sleep status is put on the player and Ren's Pokémon.
Shields Remaining
When the shield breaks:
- Its moveset is updated.
- It receives the item Leftovers.
- The player and Ren's Pokémon have their Attack and Special attack dropped by 3 stages.
When the shield breaks:
- Its moveset is updated.
- Any stat drops are reset.
- Any status effect is cured.
- Attack and Special Attack are boosted by 1.
When the shield breaks:
- Its moveset is updated.
- Any stat drops are reset.

Delpha can be fought (and caught!) in Chapter 14 after battling Adam in the dream chess board. She is on the Infernal Field and is level 80, and yes she can be shiny.
