Introduction
The Reborn Again quest can be started during Chapter 13, during the return to Neo East Gearen City. The quest does not reward the player with anything, acting more as a general quest to represent East Gearen City's changes.
Guide
Speak to Jan in the Gearen Laboratory. You will be introduced to Adrienn from the Reborn Region, one of the main people involved in restoring East Gearen City. They will request that you follow them around East Gearen for a tour.
Exit the laboratory and speak to Adrienn. After this, head west and speak to them at the Move Tutor area, then enter the Water Treatment Center via the west stairs, then to the
north-east room in the WTC, and finally, head to the Chrisola Hotel and Adrienn will be to the left. Speak to them to continue.
At this point, Adrienn will mention how they cleared whatever Gearen Request were left, and you will need to complete all of the new Help Requests that are available at the Help Plaza: Pokeball Conundrum, Forest Restoration and Mall Opportunities.
After completing all of these, Aya will approach and challenge you to a battle at Venam's gym. Speak to her to begin the battle. Once you've won, the quest will be on hold until the story continues.
Once you've finished Chapter 15, speak to Adrienn in the Laboratory and start the Parks and Wrecks quest.
