The Hidden Library 2

Introduction

The Hidden Library 2 quest can be started in Chapter 2 after gaining access to Sheridan Village. The Hidden Library quest must be completed before starting this quest. This quest expires in Chapter 10 after entering the train to go to Grand Dream City. Completing this quest grants access to the Hidden Library and rewards the player with 950, a Water Stone, and +1 Karma.

Guide

Enter Sheridan Help Plaza and accept "The Hidden Library 2", then speak to the hiker directly outside the Plaza. He will request that we check three locations, being Chrisola Hotel, Dr. Jenkel's Lab, and Gearen Park.

Head to Chrisola Hotel first and speak to Karen, who will be waiting outside. She will direct you to Dr Jenkel's Lab next, which is located at the north end of Junction Bridge. Head inside the lab to continue the quest, then head to Gearen Park.

Once you've arrived at Gearen Park, speak to Karen again, and enter the Hidden Library. Once inside, feel free to explore around for a bit, as there is are two TMs, and an Elgyem that you can obtain by picking up all the colored books and returning them to where Elgyem is located in the east room.

Once you've finished exploring, enter the north room, where you will receive the Ancient Book from Karen. Head back to Sheridan Village and speak to the hiker, where you will be given a choice to either hand over the Ancient Book or keep it for yourself.

If you hand it over, you will be given a Blue Moon Ice Cream, which will max out a single Pokémon's friendship. The book can be purchased from the Kecleon shop on Route 2 afterwards for 75,000. Head back to Sheridan Help Plaza for the rest of your rewards.
