The Synthetic Seed is a type of consumable held item initially introduced in Pokémon Reborn. It boosts the holder in various ways based on the current Field Effect.

Effect

Synthetic Seeds are consumed and provide specific boosts when the holder enters a Synthetic Field Effect. The different boosts are:

• Chess Board: Boosts Special Attack and applies Magic Coat to the user.
• Big Top Arena: Boosts Attack and applies Helping Hand to the user.
• Factory Field: Boosts Special Attack and applies Laser Focus to the user.
• Short-Circuit Field: Boosts Special Defense and applies Magnet Rise to the user.
• Glitch Field: Boosts Defense and Special Defense and makes user ??? type.
• Flower Garden: Boosts Special Defense and applies Ingrain to the user.
• Corrupted Cave: Boosts Defense by two stages and badly poisons the user.
• Colosseum Field: Boosts Attack by two stages and applies Taunt.
• Concert Venue: Boosts Special Attack and applies Helping Hand.
• Back Alley: Boosts Attack and Accuracy.
• City: Boosts Attack and Accuracy.

Synthetic Seeds can be recovered in battle with the move Recycle.

Zorrialyn Desert	Hidden: Northern desert area, on a ledge above a Battle Boy.
Zorrialyn Desert	Hidden: Northern desert area, on the small plant in front the twinrock near the stairs connecting the upper and the lower half of the area.
