Kieran is one of two enigmatic time travelers seemingly affiliated with Madame X. Prior to becoming prominent in the main story, Kieran briefly appears to give the Protagonist the Emotion Powder in Valor Mountain. His partner is Clear.

Appearance

Similarly to Clear, Kieran wears a red visor that obscures his eyes, white bodysuit with a grey metallic belt, grey boots that go to just below the knees, and white gloves. The aforementioned suit has a dull blue stripe along the chest, middle of the upper arms, middle of the thighs, and accenting the collar. He has fluffy black hair that slicks upwards and back. The suit has a small zipper at the open collar.
